Our terms and conditions are not intended to affect or in any way detract from your statutory rights regarding the laws currently in force, which apply to your purchases using this site.

How to MAKE A PURCHASE Just browse the Which Craft ? U.K site, via the side categories, by clicking on ‘shop’ or any of the headings. Find the item you wish to purchase ‘click’ onto the "buy" button, on any items that you wish to purchase to put them in your shopping basket. Always update after selection. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Which Craft? UK accepts all major credit and debit cards.
We require verification by our credit card processing company that the delivery address is the same as that of the Card holder (as registered with the respective credit card issuing company). We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any order that does not comply with this requirement or where there is any doubt as to the validity of the card. On a successfully completed on-line order, an e-receipt will be automatically transmitted to your nominated email address - please print this and keep it for your records.
You may send your credit/debit card information via phone, fax, Royal snail Mail or over the internet which is the safest way as we have a secure site. For your security, DO NOT send credit card details by e-mail.
Cheques are also accepted but funds need to clear before your order is processed. DO NOT send cash through the post.
PURCHASING FROM ABROAD If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom please contact us by telephone (+44 ) 0 1302 810608 or by email info@whichcraftuk.co.uk - with your requirements. We will then give you a correct price including delivery to your destination address for your approval.
Your credit card company will convert payments made by credit card to your own currency.
PRICE & VAT (Value Added Tax) All purchases are charged in Pounds Sterling. All prices include VAT at 15.00% where required. You will automatically receive an email confirmation receipt. If you are exempt from VAT (for example ordering outside of the European Union) please contact us at Paulacpd@whichcraftuk.co.uk for details of how you can order tax free.
We will honour the prices shown on our web site. Should a product be increased in price (i.e the cost of raw materials or prices increase to us by a significant amount) and you have already placed an order, you will not be charged the increased price.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Card details are encrypted by COMODO SECURE (IdAuthority) built-in encryption using 128-bit Java encryption, which is approved, by all leading UK banks.
All that passes over the Internet is a scrambled message and card details are not held in clear text on any web site. This system is the safest way to buy and is safer than passing your details over the phone lines and at least as safe as passing your card over a shop counter. When placing an order by telephone or post, as soon as your credit card details are processed they are deleted from our records, further to this any paper notes containing card numbers are kept securely for accounting purposes and are then shredded prior to burning.
The ordering system allows you to make several other choices of payment method. If for any reason you do not wish to purchase a product via our secure e-commerce facility you are welcome to purchase by mail order or to send your card details separately (by fax or post). POSTAGE AND PACKING Charges are made according to the total weight of your order and the system will calculate this for you. We do not charge extra for any handling fees. Saturday only, guaranteed next day or specified am/pm deliveries will incur an additional charge - if you require any of these services, please contact us. For orders outside of the United Kingdom please see section above "Purchasing from Abroad".
DELIVERY SCHEDULE If you require a purchase by a precise date, i.e. for a gift, please contact us via telephoning us, and e-mail, in the initial instance and we will confirm whether this is possible before you place your order.
The majority of orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days - however, please allow 14-28 days as a worst-case scenario (as we may be awaiting new stock coming) we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible and it is only in unusual circumstances beyond our control where we will exceed our estimated delivery schedules.
You are more than welcome to contact us prior to placing an order and we will advise you on delivery schedules and stock availability. Once you have placed an order, if we are unable to fulfil your order within our normal timeframe you will be contacted as soon as we become aware of this and you will have the option of cancelling your order.
BACK ORDERS If the item you have chosen is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be contacted with the option of cancelling all, or part of your order, if you would rather not wait. An early reply to cancel your order, if doing so, would be appreciated. Thank you.
Any RETURNS All products are guaranteed free from fault. Should any item fail to please, we will accept their return for a full refund if they are returned carriage paid to us within 7 working days, in the item’s original packaging. This period commences on the day after you receive the goods. Returned goods are subject to being received by us in their original unused condition. Please indicate the reason for returning the item/goods. In the case of goods which are bubble packed or in sealed packaging then these goods will only be accepted for a refund if the packaging is unbroken and undamaged. Should any item prove to be faulty either on receipt or after a reasonable amount of use then the goods might be returned for either replacement or a full refund irrespective of the condition of the packaging, but subject to the product not having been abused or misused in any way. Either we or our suppliers depending on the item in question and our supplier’s policy with regard to faulty goods will determine this. We will refund the cost of returning faulty goods.
In the case of "damaged in transit" items, we will refund the cost of returning them subject to our carrier having inspected the goods and the packaging in accordance with the terms of our insurance. Once a return has been agreed, your money will be refunded within 30 days.
OUR GUARANTEES All of our products are new and fully guaranteed subject to normal wear and tear and the products being used for the purpose for which they were intended. If you have any questions regarding products sold to you please feel free to contact us.
PRIVACY POLICY We do not disclose customer information to any third parties except in order to arrange a delivery relating to an order you have placed. Cookies are used on this shopping site but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We will only collect the personal information that is necessary to complete your order (during the check-out process) or request personal information (for instance by email), which is required to answer any enquiry you may have. We will not collect or request any other personal information from you. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will not send any email to you or telephone you without your consent, other than where connected with a current order, i.e to advise of delivery dates, backorders etc (see also Opt-In Mailing List below). Samantha jones is the person responsible for all matters relating to our privacy policy.
MAILING LIST You may opt-in to our mailing lists by registering through our Subscribe e-mail form. You will only receive contact when the site is updated or, where you have opted to receive information by post, when new special offers are available. You will only be asked to give your name and email address and you can request to be removed at any time at which point we will delete these details.
COMPLAINTS? Any complaints shall be dealt with as soon as they are received, our reply shall be sent within 5 days. This reply will outline any remedy that we can make to satisfy your grievance. If a remedy cannot be found immediately, we will keep you informed as to progress towards a workable solution that is satisfactory to both parties. If after 14 days we cannot resolve the complaint then, where applicable, a full refund will be made. Where the complaint refers to our quality of service then we will address the problem with immediate effect, where possible, and will inform you of any action we have taken to ensure the problem does not re-occur. We aim to provide a fair and effective remedy to all complaints, which will be treated in the strictest of confidence. Gary is responsible for all matters relating to our complaints procedure.
REMITTANCE TERMS All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch. Under no circumstances do we ship with invoice.
Privacy Statement When you buy from Which Craft? UK, either via mail order or the Internet, we protect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or exchange customer information. We share identifiable information only with those parties entrusted with the processing of your account and the fulfilment of your order. We've established procedures to protect your privacy, which we vigorously uphold. Of course, this policy does not apply to information we disclose in cooperation with law enforcement agencies, or information we are required to disclose by law.
Occasionally, Which Craft? UK will conduct research towards the goal of improving Customer Service and may sometimes use a third party in this endeavour. When any third party contacts you in this regard, they will indicate that they are calling on behalf of Which Craft? UK. In these cases, customers who ask to be removed from further contact from Which Craft? UK will be excluded. When you register with, or are a member of, a Which Craft? UK recognized third party affinity program and initiate your Which Craft? UK purchase through that program, Which Craft? UK will forward to the affinity program the information it requires to update your affinity program account. Customer information is gathered so we can better serve you, and we make every possible effort to ensure its security and to treat your information responsibly. When you become a Which Craft? UK customer, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. We also ask for your credit card number and its expiration date, should you select that method for payment. Once we have your credit card information, we will not ask for it again unless a change is required, or you request shipping to another address. Your order history information is maintained in order to service your account.
From time to time, you may receive mail, e-mail or telephone calls from Which Craft? UK, or agents of Which Craft? UK, in order to update your account or communicate information, which we believe, will be of interest to you. At any time, you may request your name be removed from any of these methods of communication.
Simply relay your request to a Customer Service Representative and your name will be removed from the appropriate list. We want your experiences with Which Craft? UK to be based upon your preferences – always.
