How to Make
- Stamp Louis with Heart and colour in. Add white highlights with a pen as shown.
- Die-cut the image into an oval and layer onto a green die-cut scalloped oval. Add white dots to the scallops.
- Layer patterned paper onto white card. Attach the stamped oval panel to it.
- Wrap string around the bottom of the panel as shown, using it to tie on the heart embellishment. Add a button tied with string.
- Layer the panel onto a square blue base card, to finish.
